Earth’s Colours

flamboyant energy

By Shanie WalkerPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
Vibrant energy

Blue, white, smoky grey, the sky beyond, beaming sunrays through the clouds.

Cream yellow crunchy sand under foot, licks of wet ocean waves.

Winds whipping, the humid beach air swirling across the crystal-clear bay.

Red, blue, and green buckets, water splashes, building castles in the sand.

Children swimming, white foamy cerulean waves rolling in, a delightful summer day.

Summer beach

Red ochre steep in slope, a plateau that separates the lush organic, auburn land.

Layered escarpment of multitude rock fortifications, a tanned weathered ridge.

Exposed elements of the range, overhanging slated rock face, the sea green earth.

Sandstone, limestone, chalk, dolomite; erosion, rain, gusts and swells, sedimentary break.

Soft grainy rocks, inherent ambiguity along rugged cliffs, the azure coastline girth.

Coastline escarpments

Wearing away earth, torrent cascades of waterfalls, white water, and rapid force.

River streams, ecological flows, water channels, indigo sea, a sapphire lake, or murky river.

Tributaries, ecosystem to native animals and shrubbery green, residing in dark waterways.

Cobalt lime blue creek, brook, rivulet, and runnel, webbed feet platypus, freshwater feed.

Estuarine inflow, silver grey eddy, upswell storm, recessed marine gulf, vibrant bright bays.

Waterfall

Molten lava rock, expelled through fractures in the planetary crust, eternal heat eruption.

Magma, hot and runny, gases escapes, volcanic aerosol clouds of glowing radiative force.

Eruptions, red, orange, gold molten yellow, alters the Earth's solar heat, the climate change.

Red ring of fire, volcanic grey ash, poison gases, earthquakes, floods, mudslides, and wildfires.

Volcano rupture, crust of our planet-mass, enflamed gilt lava, superheat chamber exchange.

Volcano

Iceberg, chunks of glaciers, the ice shelf, ice sheet carried out to sea, smashing shorelines.

Icebergs along navy ocean fluxes, caught in shallow waters, freezing blizzards or melted snow.

White, frosted, fizzing icebergs to reach warm waters, new climate attacks, Bergie Seltzer.

Snow falls, frozen ice crystals, white flakes and white layered cover, snowstorms, wind chill.

Igloo, beige whalebone and hides, white coat a camouflage of snow and ice, snow shelter.
