A love so perfect,
Pure as fresh snow,
But life took over,
Slowly they drifted apart,
It was nothing time could not revive,
But she did not have time for love to prevail,
How to be honest with him?
To crush him would be worse than death,
He needs the truth,
Scared that she would lose him she put it off,
As time passed he sensed a secret,
Her lips stayed quiet,
It did not take long for him to move on to a new life,
Now alone she withered like a rose,
Accidentally they ran into each other,
He looked at her with concern,
Shocked, she took a deep breath,
“I didn’t know how to tell you goodbye forever,”
Her secret was now out,
Maybe she wouldn’t die alone after all
