Dancing mind through time and space
Imagining far away places for my great escape
Smiling thinking of places that have chocolate and lace
Twirling with traveling ideas just in case
Rather be anywhere else then staring at this computer face
A beautiful mountain and a picnic place
Climbing endless scenic trails with a stone staircase
Traversing through waterfalls with a boldface
Immersing into pristine water with grace
Opening to natures warm embrace
Now sadly, back to the workplace

You have done an excellent job with rhyme and imagery creating the feeling many know so well. The urge to leave the struggle of long work hours and get away to a beautiful, scenic location. After all the longing and imagining, we must return to the workplace, but not without a brief mental excursion. Well written. I enjoyed it!
