Dreaming like Alice

In my dreams reality doesn't seem too far away,

on this given path its seeming hard to stay,

the enemy is lurking in every unsuspecting soul,

to devour my heart make me question my goals,

in my head I prefer the noise to humanity,

i hate people though the voices test my sanity,

i miss them when they're gone away,

but drive me crazy when they overstay,

everyone is suspect there's no one I can trust

flee from this place away from this state is a must,

maybe some peace and happiness can be found,

getting away from this devil ground,

in my dreams I hear the world calling to me,

when I awake I feel it say I'm already free,

how I wish that my reality could reflect my dreams,

like Alice in Wonderland, things wouldn't be as they seemed.
