In the dream, we stood side by side,
Eyes speaking of worlds we once knew.
Time paused, distance grew wide,
Yet under a sky painted blue.
Hand in hand, we walked through memories,
Tracing paths where laughter flowed.
Love, a castle of sand, built with whispers' ease,
Where soft winds of love blowed.
Your smile, sun's gentle glow,
Past felt near in that light's flow.
In the dream, words I longed to know,
Echoed love, stripping fear's shadow.
Morning breaks, dream fades away,
Reality's tune unsparingly calls.
In heart, in dream you'll stay,
Beneath the pale moon's eternal halls.
Whole we were in the dream's enchanting bend,
Love's embrace, wounds finally healed.
Though dawn breaks, dream must end,
In heart, your presence eternally sealed.
