Each morning

You awake

Parchment waiting

For you to take

Eagerly unfurl

Its haggard vellum length

A single word

Inscribed upon it

“Doom”

A prediction, or interjected statement?

It matters not

For it repeats the performance

As you wake

Daily

Never to abate

STOP CRYING

Stop Crying!

Why can’t you?

There is no end

To the answer

Stop Crying!

Tears flow

Wails fly

Gasping snorts

Stop crying!

Heart pounding

Head swarming

Skin blazing

Stop crying!

Manic rocking

Sound blocking

Frantic swatting

Stop

Crying

Focusing on the negative can lead to panic and fear constantly rising in the background. Creating the perfect envirnment for panic attacks and meltdowns to grow and thrive. It isn't childish, or weak to fill your space with positivity.
