Most days my body ain't feeling it

It only feels the struggles of yesterday

Wishing I could stay in bed all day

But we have to move

Promise I take care of you

The anxiety will stop attacking you

My muscles will remain untense

Body we got this

Don’t give up on me

You agreed to this

Brain learned everything for this

It's a lifetime commitment

So please stop hurting

Stop screaming at me

I promise I will stop drinking the wrong things

Drink more water

So the gas in my chest will leave

And I will be able to breathe

I will do daily stretches to help my body

And yes I w take my vitamins

Just work with me

Oh boy, can I relate to this. Even when we do our part, sometimes our bodies like to ache and complain. Well written and I hope your body starts acting right!
