In simplicity, my heart does reside,

A God-fearing woman,

with love as my guide.

Don't expect grandeur or dazzling display,

For in humility,

I find my own way.

In quiet moments,

I seek His grace,

With steadfast faith,

I find my place.

Don't expect perfection or feats to impress,

For in surrender,

I find true happiness.

A gentle soul,

I tread this earth,

With kindness and compassion as my hearth.

Don't expect a worldly pursuit of fame,

For in serving others,

I find my aim.

I may stumble and make mistakes,

Yet God's love,

my spirit awakes.

Don't expect me to have all the answers,

For in seeking His wisdom,

I find solace.

In prayer and devotion,

my soul takes flight,

Seeking His guidance,

day and night.

Don't expect me to be without flaw,

For in God's embrace,

I find the awe.

So, embrace me as I am,

simple and true,

A woman of faith,

striving to renew.

Don't expect too much,

just know this to be,

In God's love,

I'm content and free.
