Does This Person Deserve Your Love?
Is This Love Worth It?
A person who stabilizes your emotions, opens your heart, boosts your confidence, increases your laughter, and ignites your curiosity to explore the world is truly worth your love.
Two-way love is when your wholehearted affection is met with an equally enthusiastic response. In a truly good relationship, you find yourself loving yourself more and more, rather than losing yourself in loving the other person too much. This kind of love is never humble, cautious, or flattering; it is always equal.
The love between two people thrives on mutual understanding. You'll find support for your choices in everything you do, and you'll grow and progress together. There aren't "principles" to abandon or uphold, only the presence or absence of love itself.
When a relationship begins, the question is whether you like the person. But as time goes on, the question evolves: Do you like who you are when you're with them? If you become irritable, humble, or even start to look down on yourself, it's a sign that the relationship isn't right for you.
The purpose of being together is to grow and appreciate each other, not to slowly transform into someone burdened by life's challenges. "I like you" isn't just about your appearance; it's also about how I see myself reflected in your eyes: confident, enthusiastic, generous, and full of vitality.
Good love doesn't require you to change for anyone. You can simply be yourself, and someone will love you just as you are. It doesn't matter if you're different from others; they'll never think you're childish or unreasonable. You can always be authentic, and those who truly love you will always affirm who you are.
