Do you feel like you can't hold on any longer?
When you believe, you can see a new beginning
Tears flow silently, sliding from the corners of your eyes, soaking into your pillow. The room is quiet, yet it feels like a stone is pressing on your chest, and every breath takes all your strength. You want to scream, but no sound comes out; you want to escape, but your body won't move. All that's left are the tears, as if they are trying to wash away all the grievances you’ve carried over the years.
You will get through this. As long as you can be ruthless with your determination, nothing can truly break you. Those sleepless nights will eventually become a thing of the past.
1. Believe first, then you can see.
The people who ultimately triumph aren't necessarily smarter than you; they just know how to plant seeds of hope in the darkness.
If you constantly think, "I can't do it," all your efforts will become excuses to prove your failure. But if you believe, "I can do it," you'll naturally find reasons to persevere. When you truly want something, the whole world will make way for you.
Don't give up. Getting through this is a new beginning.
2. Feel sad, but don't complain.
"When you're stressed to the point of collapse, don't complain about it, because no one can truly empathize."
Lately, many friends have been complaining about poor traffic and dismal data, which is truly difficult. But even in times like these, you must persevere—every note you write paves the way for the future.
Whether no one is paying attention or you're temporarily behind others, calm down and do what needs to be done. Anxiety and irritability will only drain your precious enthusiasm and patience.
3. Expect less, act more.
In the adult world, you must ultimately learn to heal yourself. What you see as immense grievances and pain may seem trivial to others. Waiting for others to rescue you is like handing the steering wheel to a stranger. It's better to work hard and improve yourself. As you become better, the answers you seek will naturally come.
Remember: stay steady first, so you can win in the end. Don't look back, just keep moving forward. You'll get through this.
Don't let today's bad mood linger overnight. Believe it or not, when you feel like you can't hold on any longer, the difficulties are almost over. Every step counts, and even the most difficult days will eventually pass. Yesterday's sun can't dry today's clothes, and tomorrow's rain can't soak you right now. Besides life and death, everything else is trivial.
Live well, don't overthink. Persevere, and after the hardship comes sweetness, and everything will slowly get better.
