Do not forget me, this I beg, this I plead
Do not forget me, nor my cry let alone my scream
Do not forget me and the love I bleed
I am poetry and poetry is me
I walk stanzas and breathe rhymes
I lay in haikus and reminisce old lies
I echo thoughts of pain that will never leave my mind
I’m so bright I have no shadow even my silhouette shines
I dream poems and live them in reality
With poems in my life, I defeat immortality
I write words to be remembered eternally
