Do not be afraid to write—
Don’t deny words from possessing your wrists.
Give them permission to kill your loved ones.
ㅤ
Don’t worry if the words won’t come.
Let them marinate in your mind;
It could take years,
Years to make sense—
And if you’ve held onto them long enough,
Let them go.
ㅤ
Bleed them into a journal for nobody else.
If you’re ready—
But if you never are, don’t worry—
Tell them to everyone you see.
ㅤ
They can be stupid or sick—
You do not have to be masterful.
Do not be afraid to write—
And do not be afraid to not.
