Don't look away, Not this time!
I have to stay focused! Only,
Sensations surround me, Ingulfing my mind
Taunting and Teasing and
Reaching my inside. Clocks are ticking, ticking
Aloud in my ear, Alarming, alerting an ever
Changing fear. Reality's crushing
Take my phone, Turn my attention away
Its easier to live when my Senses don't stay.
One more hour I scroll faster for fun,
Not noticing that Distraction has won.
