Distractions don’t always have to be negative.

Instant relief from the

Stress of the everyday can come from

Time spent breathing in the beauty of this life.

Relative peace and calm can take over at times.

And in June when Iris bloom and wash away your fears that you are but a lowly

Cog a turnin' with the gears,

Take a second.

Intentionally stand and feel and breathe in the fresh air and smile.

Open your mind to allow the flow of energy.

Nature reminds you what is real.
