Noise all around me, not able to hear myself think.

It distracts me from what I want to do, which takes up most of my time.

But when it's in silent, I still become distracted with the voices in my head.

They say nonsense and I can't understand them. Sometimes I wonder if it's psychological or just how I am, it' hard to tell.

I'm trying my best to focus but the voices and the noise are so loud, it annoys me sometimes.

What I need is a focal point to concentrate all of my mind on and let whatever I need to do happen.

I can't let the noise waiste my time and waite until tomorrow to achieve what I need done.

I need to make tomorrows plans, todays plans and get to where I need to be. Just find your focus and you won't be distracted.
