Fill your days.

Fill your mind.

Distract yourself from that unwanted noise.

Spend hours with friends. Make them laugh.

Spend hours on that project. Complete is before your deadline.

Start another. Then complete it in a day.

Say ”yes” to everything.

Ignore your tired eyes.

Ignore your exhausted mind.

Anything to distract yourself.

Go to that event. And have fun.

Stay late at work. And make some cash.

Go to the bar. And have a few too many.

Go explore the woods. And see how loud you can scream.

Anything at all. Distract yourself.

Turn on the TV. Leave it on in the background.

While you clean.

While you eat.

While you shower.

While you sleep.

Fill your space with noise so you don’t succumb to those thoughts.

Fill your cup so you don’t give in to that voice in your head.

Just. Distract Yourself.
