Big Word

Disempowerment

The biggest words make us fall,

And twist our goodness in our esteem,

The smallest ones shrink our brain capacity,

It is hard to choose them wisely,

Don't let much of this fool you,

You can make the right choice eventually,

If you dare,

Said the mouse to the fox,

Though in a world where most people slough words off like pastry,

Only the people that take the time to figure it out,

Will feel better about themselves,

Choices are very hard to make,

Most of them cannot care less,

Let's see the ones that you use,

Look away, now.

Gratitude
