
She splits dimensions
Soaring far above
spirit battlefield
the world isms
suspended, upended
unequally yoked
powers fight over
each lost soul
a victory cry, the few fallen cry
broken, unspoken
one steals their innocence
carnal enmeshment
rebukes the light bringer
she hears
as he laughs
like the golden calf
she sees
as he
pretends
she knows the truth
but he doesn't know
she knows.
