Did you think you were rich?

old man and young man

By Kisama Riyo Published about a year ago 2 min read

A young man asked an old man about wealth, and he said:

The haste of youth is a calamity

The patience of youth is wealth

The hasty

The goal of everything is death

They sought wealth but did not care

They are partners in evil

They sought life but did not care

Their goal is bliss

How many hasty people have tasted affliction

And lived without it

How many hasty people are in prison without shelter

Seeking to achieve their demands

But it is a veil

He took paths seeking

What does not last

He sought wealth but poverty did not last

He feared his salvation

So his devil came to him

From it calamities befell him

He said: A ransom for his desires

That ransom did not benefit him

He said: Disobey your Lord and wait

for what is in it of bounty

And if you become rich, then repent

Contemplate... Wealth will come to you

And if you become poor, it will not

make you happy

And if you seek safety, wealth will not

come to you

Indeed, those who They avoid

Sins.. They are fools

And the advice of Satan

What temptations bring

And whoever follows them, they lead him astray

And temptations please him

And when wealth spreads its wings

-It becomes easy for him, longing grows

O you who equate poverty

Wealth is a distraction

O you who complained about poverty

Poverty of the heart is a disease

O you whose poverty has ended

O you who are sad.. Wealth has come to you

O you who are led by wealth

The atmosphere is gloomy for you

Did you think you were rich

No! You are in distress?

Did you think you were comfortable

To live in prosperity forever?

What the sheikh said frightened him, so he said: Will wealth come to me? The Sheikh said:

Wealth is the lot of humans

How many people are rich because of it

Some wealth is underground

That comes with wealth

Some wealth actually flows

That comes with work

Whoever attains it has risen

And it is the sky

The best thing that the chosen one hopes for

And purity surrounds him

And if men meet him

It is pleasant to meet him

And if that one is rich, he disappears

And that one appears hidden

And if the soul is rich, he chooses

His wealth meets purity

And if the devils are harsh

His wealth is harshness in him

And if he is rich, your wealth

A day in which lunch is good

And if he has transgressed against you

Poverty.. the enemies have attacked

True wealth is in those things that are timeless, the things not seen or easily grasped but we neglect them because instant gratification is a thing. Lots of themes you explored on this one!
