Desire Unveiled: Longing Without Burden
A Poetic Reflection on Mutual Love and Freedom
In the quiet whispers of the heart's hidden plea,
Lies a longing deep, a desire set free.
"I want him," it cries, with fervent ardor,
Yet fears of burden, doubts grow harder.
For love is not a weight to bear,
Nor a chain to bind, nor a cross to wear.
It's a dance of souls, a harmonious song,
Where both hearts belong, where both hearts long.
"I want him," she whispers, with bated breath,
But not as a burden, not as a death.
I want him to choose, to freely decide,
To walk by my side, with love as our guide.
For love should be a mutual flame,
A choice we make, not a game.
I want him to want me, with passion and fire,
To fulfill his desires, to quench his desire.
So let not fear cloud the path ahead,
For love is not built on dread.
I want him, yes, with all my heart,
But not as a burden, not as a part.
I want him to want me, as I am,
To cherish and hold, to be his dam.
For love is a gift, not a weight to bear,
And I want him to want me, with love to share.
