Death's Dark Shadows

Lived this

Death’s Dark Shadows

I’ll be your friend if you’ll take my hands,

We will sail new seas, walk over new lands.

One drink from me and again you’ll be cool,

Won’t be anybodies pawn, you’ll be nobodies fool.

Just listen to me and hear what I say,

Get on with you life and drink the night away.

You know who I am,you’ll never forget me,

I’ve got what you want just look and see.

So my friend, you believe your head is right,

But you’ve been fighting me with all your might.

It’s so funny to see you walk around like this.

Your like a departing lover, wanting one more kiss.

I’ve had your body, now I want your soul,

Without me your lonely, depressed and cold.

You wake in a cold sweat,it’s all the same,

All you need is one drink, this ain’t no damn game.

I’ll win this battle you know that it’s true,

Because I am stronger, more powerful than you.

I’ll stay with you, can’t get me out of your head,

I’m their while your awake,or asleep in your bed.

This time I’ll have your body, soul and your heart,

And you will be mine until Death Do Us Part!
