Death is not a thing; life is

They call death a thing.

They say that when death comes

There’s pain.

Loneliness.

Fear.

Tears.

But they’re wrong.

Death… death just is.

Life is a thing. A gift.

Without life, we’d all be dead.

They forget to say

That when there’s life,

There’s joy.

Smiles.

Connection.

Love.

Death is not a thing,

Life is.

    I so agree with Your great poem also when death comes we have another life very quickly life never ends actually as one life ends another will start quite quickly!
