Rainy daze
From lazy cornea
Makes hazy gaze
To false euphoria
.
Hazes precipitate
To airbrush the ugly
Make rays participate
To erase them subtly

Eyes in spheres
Half-empty still
Will fill with tears
Until half-filled
.
Some things are best
Viewed unfocused
To pass your test
Of what's gone unnoticed
.
The truth is crystal clear
Against lies that go blurred
The liar remains in fear
That the truth will aver

Nicely said. And I love that pic.
I love the profundity of this poem. Well done.
Gazing at the unfiltered truth is some seriously scary stuff! Deep and probing poetry, Gerard!
Ah, but that lazy, hazy gaze can be comforting... Well writ!
Great story
