Dawn Awakens

The horizon glows, as light spills over the water’s shimmering surface.

Above, the calls of birds blend with the steady murmur of the waves.

The sand presses softly into my feet in the cool morning breeze.

A faint tang of salt lingers on my lips, carried on the refreshing air.

The scent of the ocean’s salt and seaweed fills my breath, crisp and pure.
