you are SO right. two years ago, I stepped on my bathroom scale and wanted to cry. It read 196 pounds! How on earth did that happen? I joined the Y where they teach "Dynamic Dancing", a form of aerobic exercise. We also have Zumba Gold, a milder zumba for us seniors. It took me 16 months, but I lost about 50 pounds! Oh wow, what a thrill to be back into a size 12.
