I wanted to dance in the rain with you
Until everything around us faded away
All the chaos disappeared and all that existed was us
Every breath I took would be for you
The coolness of the rain would cover our skin
But the warmth from your eyes would cast a warm cloak over me
It would protect me and shield me
And when you take my hand in yours
I only wish to be touched by you
Kissed by you
With only you
The rain reminds me of you
The rain is for us
But then I open my eyes
And I realize it is all a dream
