Shadows whisper in my wake
Their tendrils reaching, ever near
Each step I take, the ground might break
Beneath the weight of growing fear
Silence screams in deafening tones
Echoing through empty halls
These walls of doubt, now overthrown
As anxiety's empire falls
Time slips through trembling hands
Like sand through broken glass
Future's haze in present stands
While ghosts haunt from the past
Breath catches in a tightened chest
As panic starts to bloom
In this internal war, no rest
Just thoughts that loom and loom
Yet in this chaos, a spark ignites
A flicker of resilience burns
Through darkest days and sleepless nights
A fragile hope returns
This battle rages on and on
No victory in sight
But still, I rise to face the dawn
And brave another fight
