You know what is one of the biggest tragedies
that can happen to humans.
Self-hatred.
Way too many people hate themselves,
they can’t say it out loud,
ego prevents,
but it keeps whipping from the inside.
Self-love is important,
and I make sure it keeps happening.
How?
Through right choices,
duty, and soaking in nature.
Let me so.
After waking up,
I taught my daughter,
washed a mountain of utensils,
and prepared lunch.
In between all that,
I went for a rainy walk,
absorbing mindfully,
taking pictures,
dictating many drafts.
I’ve only given glimpses
of small window of a day.
I live like this every day,
inspired, self-motivated,
basking in self-love.
So, cultivate this nourishment,
and then let the excess
spill over to others.
