Cruising through town

V1:

Riding down the street in my black jeep

Got my shades on cause the sun shining

Feeling the positive vibes so Im smiling

Listening to the radio without a bleep

Looking out my window at the blue sky

Cruising from lane to lane on the highway

I’m so glad that today is finally Friday

I dont have to worry about taking a sign

My mind is clear from all negative energy

No person is around to make me feel down

So you can always catch me going uptown

But I cant help but enjoy the beautiful scenery

V2:

The sun was starting to set so I turned in a lot

I hopped out my jeep and sat on the hood

The sky was like gold and I am feeling good

Feeling the positive vibes so I took a shot

I got back in the seat and drove on home

But I stopped and got me something to eat

Ain’t nothing wrong with getting a treat

All this time I havent even picked up my phone

Im starting to know what it feel like to be alive

Just enjoying myself as my own company

This moment did not just happen suddenly

So im going stay out all night till five
