A senryu. Yeah, I get the message that rings true, but it's the 8 syllables on the 2nd line that throw me off from the typical 5-7-5 that one would expect from a haiku-senryu. I'm also trying to look at this through the eyes of reading this from top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top. Power's in money. Money's elected convicts. Money: "Make it rain."
