In twilight's hush

In twilight's hush, where shadows creep,

A chilling presence, a haunting sleep.

The wind howls softly, a mournful sound,

As darkness gathers, all around.

A creaking floorboard, a chilling sigh,

A spectral whisper, a ghostly cry.

The moon, a pallid, ghostly sphere,

Reflecting shadows, dark and drear.

A chilling draft, a sudden chill,

A sense of dread, a fearful thrill.

The hair stands on end, a chilling fear,

As shadows dance, drawing near.

A flickering candle, a flickering flame,

A haunting image, a chilling game.

A shadowy figure, a ghostly sight,

A chilling presence, through the night.

The heart pounds wildly, a frantic beat,

As fear takes hold, a chilling feat.

The mind races, a frantic flight,

As darkness closes, a chilling night.

A chilling scream, a haunting sound,

Echoing through the night profound.

A spectral presence, a chilling fear,

A haunting vision, drawing near.

The shadows dance, a chilling sight,

As darkness reigns, through the night.

A chilling presence, a haunting fear,

A ghostly whisper, drawing near.
