Why has there been so much deathly quiet between us as if we aren’t aware we both still exist

I dreamed of you again as if you were actually nearby. Listening, laughing, frustrated

Crippling my agonizing coil of creative misery like twisting it somehow steals away your joy

It’s agony that I lost you, it’s agony to always have you on my mind so much my brain can’t process it except in a dream
