Earthen warrior,
In a mold of clay and stone,
Cast from soil and soot.
Weathering rainstorms,
Deluges and floods, features
Steeped and scrubbed anew.
Flame that flickers in
The night, reflects a heart that
Is born in fire.
Heaven's breath carried
On whispers of strong winds to
Kiss a soul to life.
