On a night of the full moon I had a dream that would soon Become the wildest of all A dream that would leave me in awe

In a dream, I was flying high Up in the clouds, way up in the sky I felt free and weightless, my heart full of cheer As I soared through the air, without a single care

But then, things took a strange turn I saw a face, a face that I yearned To see again, but it was just a dream A dream that made me scream

The face was that of an old friend Who I thought had reached the very end But there she was, alive and well In my dream, she could even fly, just like me, spell

We flew and laughed, and talked about the past But then, the dream took another cast

The sky turned dark and the winds began to blow My friend and I, we had nowhere to go We were lost in a storm, a storm so fierce But then, a voice, a voice that was so terse

It called out to us, told us not to fear And just like that, the storm cleared We saw a light, a light so bright And we flew towards it, with all our might

We reached the light, and it was a door We opened it, and saw something more A world beyond, a world so grand A world that we could fly and stand

And as we flew and explored I woke up, feeling so restored That crazy dream, it was a delight It filled my heart, with love and light
