A handle, a grip, a hold so tight

Helps us navigate, through life's plight

It gives us control, and a sense of might

To face the challenges, and shine with light

A handle on life, is what we need

To steer our path, and plant our seed

It gives us direction, and a sense of speed

To reach our goals, and succeed

But sometimes, we lose our grip

And life starts to slip, and we start to trip

But we must get up, and try again

And find a new handle, to regain

For life is full, of ups and downs
