Confusion

Mixed

By DannyPublished 8 years ago 1 min read

I wanted to write this poem,

To show you how much you're missed.

Then I feel weird and stop,

As it would be me that gets dissed.

I'm writing it anyway,

So be the one that has hissed.

As this poem is heart filled,

And has a little light twist.

I often walk to where it happened,

Staring through the sun and the mist.

Looking at this area,

Gets me so angry I clench my fist.

I could stare and think all day,

To the point I get sunkissed.

But I do this so naturally,

So please know that you're missed.

So many thoughts and feelings,

That I wish didn't exist.

So much emotion and dreaming,

That cannot be dismissed.

I know the feelings mutual,

So much we could write a list.

But the thoughts I hold are amazing,

And those thoughts make me feel blessed.

There's so much I want to do,

Some things I must resist.

Others things I mentioned,

Most things I will persist.

Some thoughts I don't like seeing,

I wish they could be extinguished.

Others that are beautiful,

It's the way you try to assist.

There are many things I hold,

That can help me reminisce.

There are many things I feel,

Those thoughts I can't untwist.

My mind's been going crazy,

Getting all these thoughts blitzed.

The fact I have these thoughts,

Shows a way you have given a gift.

My mind is going everywhere,

And often starts to drift.

My mind is working crazy,

It's like it's working a shift.

Some thoughts come out blurry,

And often need to be fished.

Anger, fear, emotions,

Are the elements confusion consists.
