Not a dull day goes by, there’s always something new.
Looking out my window watching flowers bloom.
O’chrysanthemum, O’chrysanthemum with your beauty so galore.
You stir up joyful feelings that I never felt before.
The way you move, so gracefully, makes my heart beat soar.
I haven’t been the same since first glance; Keep coming back for more.
If you should ever ask,
“What brought this about?
How can this be…
That love has sprung unexpectedly?”
I’d say, “ Tis fate that we are meant to be.”
If only you would notice me.
You see, because to me…
Your like a blossoming beauty in the month of May.
That I love to admire, as you unfold each day.
Your cheeks are like soft white petals swaying in the breeze.
And the freshness of your smile cures all my misery.
I watch you like a honeybee buzzing in the spring.
And hope my love can be expressed soon with a diamond ring.
For now I’ll watch you from afar, and see how much you grow.
To see your beauty be revealed, underneath the summer glow.
To paint a picture of perfection, would be the shape of you.
Like a dainty flower, glistening at sunrise, covered with morning dew.
Your frail and gentle blush, puts my heart at ease;
Watching you read poetry, by the old willow tree.
And when you hum and sing love songs it fills my soul with glee.
Till then I am watching, waiting, anticipating that you will notice me.
