If 'poetry' could take selfies
I might be the one with most.
if poetry could walk hand in hand
I would have hurt my feet and legs.
if poetry could sing with me
the family's head would be aching.
if poetry could sit and listen
I would have this world's talk.
Only if poetry could return me replies
I wouldn't bother for the friends who don't.
But poetry has a soul in it,
besides it can't give me a physical company like that of a friend's
But it's all a poets needs; a soulful thing
at least far better than people without soul.
