Companionship

A bond between two people

n quiet moments, side by side,

Two hearts, like rivers, gently glide.

No need for words to fill the space,

A shared glance, a soft embrace.

Through storms and sun, through joy and grief,

Companionship, a quiet relief.

The world may turn, may twist, may bend,

But in each other, we find a friend.

The path is long, the road unclear,

But hand in hand, there’s no more fear.

For when the dark is all around,

A companion's light is always found.

Through laughter loud and silence deep,

In waking hours, or hours of sleep,

A bond unspoken, yet so true,

Companionship is me, and you
