Coming Home

To You

The tunnel stretches beyond me

Miles and miles

I walk

Trying to escape the dark

A single light to guide my way

Getting lost beyond

My mind

In the darkest corners

The blades escape the depths

From beyond the veil

They strike

The weakest parts of me

I search within the light

For their guiding eyes

From home

To bring me back to life

My heart it longs for home

For their warmth

Their love

For a place to call my own

The darkness it threatens

To consume my mind

My dreams

All of my pleasant days

The tunnel narrows around me

The light glows brighter

Feet ache

But I am coming home

Home to you
