Darkness pours out of ears at an alarming rate

Darkness pools around my shoes, drenching my socks and dampening my mood

Darkness puddles around my knees, slithering up my leg, trying to find a way back in

Darkness wants to penetrate my mind, but I can't allow it, I have to get away, but I don't want to move, so I just wait for something to change

Darkness is pulled over my face like a sarcophagus, and I'm completely enveloped

Darkness pollutes my mind and clouds my vision, and those who can see me reach out to me

Darkness prepares to envelop anyone who gets close, so I snap to scare anyone away from the Darkness

Darkness pokes back through my ears in search of my soul

Darkness paralyzes me, and Darkness is all I see, the weight of the Darkness pulverizes me

I hear my breath and focus on steadying it

I think deeply about a time long before the Darkness existed when I was radiating joy

I think hard because it's difficult to ignore the parts of my mind that have become a part of the Darkness, but there is a joyous memory in the back of my mind

I think hard about it, and I realize that I can go back to it

I can feel my limbs, and I use all my strength to wipe the Darkness out of my eyes and move toward my controller

Darkness pushes down on me with the pressure of the weather

I resist the impulse to go down and sleep, and my controller plays my memory

I feel energy return to me as I watch my memory

I feel warmer as I watch

My memory is better than I remembered

I feel tears of relief touch my face

As the Dogs from my memory return home, so do I

darkness disappears, and Joy and Energy emit from my ears.
