Colors of Her Mental

I choose Silver

Silver means to be persistent, be consistent.

Be yourself with No hesitant at least that’s what it says in my guidebook

And does it have to be one color?

No falsifications here, at times I can be all over the place.

So I’m going to utilize a few colors to explain my mental space.

The color pink has always been my go to.

It’s pretty and it makes you think girly girl or feminine energy

You ever look around and see spirit animals or numbers of synchronicity

I’m connected with the universe and into aligning my chakras some days

This rising, I chose to rise with joy and love.

But it’s gloomy and dull

If I had to pick a color today

To be honest I would choose gray

At times I get down on myself because as a child I always had to put my emotions in suppression

Could gray be the color for seasonal depression?

Because some days I’m yellow and some i’m blue

Some days I allow myself to vibrate so low that have no idea what to do

First step to loving self is embracing the dark beauty, you know the bad, the insecurities & the uncertainties.

You have to love on yourself through all your mistakes.

Praise yourself through the hard times, you have to do whatever it takes

Stay grounded, show gratitude, and keep your soul fed

Makes me think of my root chakra, so I’m feeling kind of red

It’s easy to get off track and fall in low hopes

But I’m tired of the cycle

No more half ass healing

My ancestors and myself are on a mission

Having and keeping balance is my ultimate goal

I want to be better and do better, and I’m aware that comes with determination and a cleansed soul

*takes deep breaths

Clear my mind

Meditate and become one with nature

That’s it, I search for pure serene

And every so often the hue is all shades of green.

I hope you were able to keep up. I’m pretty open, honest, and bold

Of course we all have issues and stories that go untold

Hoping to aspire to inspire

So to switch it all the way up

I’m going to choose GOLD.
