My Color is RED. Red is for passion, Red for love. But my Red run's deeper than a color. Red is for Rememberance, Red is for community. where I am from the Red blood you hold can mean life or death. The creator that has blessed me with my Indigenous side, my community, also Damns me. on the Red Road where women, girls and our brothers and sisters go missing all share the same Red blood as I. Red for Remeberance for my sisters I have lost and the genocide of my people.

Red binds us together more than a color or a thing. Red for my community that has fought for recognition, love, and justice. Red for those who do not share our Red but share our pain and express our Red. Red, Red, Red. It is more than a color. It is an existence. Our flag of the North, Red. Red built on Red.
