Color Blind Pride

My Unsaturated Rainbow

My eyes may be color blind,

I can't see in every hue.

But my heart, my soul, my everything

Can feel acceptance in you.

It's orange, I think?

To pink and purple, maybe?

I may not see it properly

Though I feel it indefinitely.

Who I am and what I see

They're two completely different things.

Colors may not work for me,

But my pride flag always sings.

I am a person of color

Surfing a rainbow I can't even see.

Who's to say these blues and greens

Are what make me LGBT?

My pride is not displaced

Because I cannot see,

The full fledged rainbow

With every color in between.
