Cold Sheets.

When Night Teaches Hope.

By Cathy (Christine Acheini) Ben-Ameh.Published 4 months ago 1 min read

I love the feel of cold bedsheets

on nights when anxiety makes me sweat.

The silence becomes medicine,

the darkness a gentle friend.

And in the stillness,

the light of hope stirs,

a new current rising in me,

anticipating morning,

something fresh,

something good,

something worth waiting for.
