''In the Silence, Echoes of a Warmer Day''

In the frost of your demeanor, I see ice,

A chilling distance, like a polar night,

Words that once were warm, now cold as vice,

A heart encased in winter’s bitter bite.

Once, your gaze was sunlit, bright and clear,

Now shadows loom where light once dared to play,

Each smile a ghost, each laugh a fading cheer,

In the silence, echoes of a warmer day.

Unyielding as the arctic's icy breath,

No thaw in sight, no tender warmth to feel,

Just cold, relentless as a northern death.

Yet in this freeze, a fire tries to spark,

fact or fiction
