Make me out to be something I'm not,
a clone to live in your head with malicious intent.
Shape her around assumptions and lies, the kind I've never told,
so she wishes you harm as I wish you well,
a silent harmony you will never hear.
Teach her to mimic all your hate-fueled self-talk
until you let yourself believe it came from me in the first place.
Let her convince you of the worst,
and I will never be able to change your mind.
You pushed me off a pedestal and branded me a villain,
positions I never asked for either way.

A raw and honest portrayal of the destructive power of false narratives. Your words are a stark reminder of the importance of empathy and understanding. The line 'Teach her to mimic all your hate-fueled self-talk' is particularly haunting. It's a powerful image of the destructive power of negativity.
The way you express the pain of being seen as something you're not is so powerful. Great work Kay!✨
Great treatise on how we are labelled with tags we didn’t earn or deserve. Such a depth of feeling there. Great job. Congratulations on TS,
