Cliché

Just a breath away

By Christian KollerPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

You, here in my arms

And we hear the alarm

Just ignore it and turn it off

Stay, just for a while

We can be cliché and yawn when the other yawns

Always just a breath away

You, here in my arms

The place we can spend all of eternity

If just for the night

Holding, holding tight

Let’s be cliché and spend the night

Just a breath away

You, here in my arms

And our stardust shines, oh how it was meant to align

Lovers intertwined

Breathe, breathe as one,

“It’s so cliché,” we say, we laugh.

And we’re always just a breath away,

Just a breath away.
