When something hits you
Do you choose to be quiet... or scream?
Some people, when things don't go their way
Disappointed, unexpected, wrong
They act out, overreact
They use "anger" but not "mindfulness"
But some people choose to be quiet
Take time to reflect on themselves, and reflect on what happened
Choose to use "brain" instead of "emotion."
Emotions are flickering, up...down
Good...bad, everyone has them
The difference is who can control them better
Emotional maturity can be trained
Just stop being self-centered
And try to understand other people's perspectives
Stop being dramatic !!!!
Take time to think about where you went wrong
Stop blaming others and start to considering yourself
The loudest voice is the sound of "silence"
Smart people ... It's hard to guess what they're thinking
But stupid people.... It's very easy
Because they'll say everything they think
But can't figure out what made them go wrong
Do you want to look stupid or smart ....,
Choose!!!

Beautiful 😍 🤩 👌 ❣️
Well-wrought! However, an addendum: some folks learn to stifle their emotions by stifling their voice, just so they can look smart, but they never learn either. Some folks know how to use words to keep silence. The ways by which we can achieve the same goal are multifold, but it takes long practice and an understanding of one's own innate character and potential. Summary: it takes all kinds.
Beautiful view and good poem
I love the reminder to reflect before reacting. Such and important message.
