You came out of the wall

And followed me down the hall.

I know there's air

But it feels like it's not there.

My heart is pounding,

I'm getting nowhere with grounding.

Last night, I had a severe panic attack with hallucinations. The visuals were similar to the image I used. I was choking on air, tight throat, crying, and shaking so bad.

That sounds terrible! Hope you are feeling better. The panic attacks come and go for me with varying degrees of intensity. But this did not sound like fun at all. :( Hope you tried the free version of the Dare app? Might be helpful. There were some things on it I liked, some I was not so big on. I should probably get back to using it actually as a few of the audios were very helpful for me. Best!

  • Omgggg, that's terrible! Are you okay now? I never knew a severe panic attack could cause hallucinations
